I'm proud to call Milton home. Since first being elected as a Town Councillor in 2022, I've been committed to listening to residents, making thoughtful decisions, and helping ensure Milton remains a community where families, businesses, and neighbourhoods can thrive. I'm seeking the opportunity to continue serving our community as Regional Councillor for Ward 4.

Originally from Windsor, Ontario, I earned my Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2008 and have been practicing law in Ontario since 2010. As a lawyer serving clients throughout Halton Region, I focus on real estate and civil litigation. My legal career has strengthened the skills I bring to public office every day: careful analysis, practical problem-solving, strong advocacy, and a commitment to fairness and accountability.

My husband, Stuart, and I chose Milton as the place to build our family's future, and we've proudly called the Willmott neighbourhood home since 2013. Together, we're raising our two sons with an appreciation for community, kindness, and an active lifestyle. Depending on the season, you'll find us walking our dog, biking Milton's trails, running through local parks, or at the hockey rink, There's always a practice or a game during hockey season!

I've always believed in the value of public service, and I've been actively involved with the Milton Public Library for more than a decade. I joined the Milton Public Library Board in 2014 and was honoured to serve as Chair during my second term. Today, I continue to serve on the Board as one of three council representatives. I believe libraries have evolved into much more than places to borrow books. They are welcoming community hubs where residents can connect, discover new opportunities, attend programs, access technology, and build lifelong learning habits. I'm proud to support a library system that continues to grow alongside Milton.

When I'm not serving the community or practicing law, I enjoy staying active. I've completed three half marathons and continue to run regularly, taking advantage of Milton's exceptional trail network. I believe our parks and trails are among Milton's greatest assets, and I appreciate the opportunities they provide for residents of all ages to stay healthy and connected to nature.

I'm also an avid reader who enjoys everything from leadership and social commentary to classic fiction and children's literature. Some of my favourite books include The Tipping Point, the Harry Potter series, The Skin We're In, and The Darkest Dark – a favourite that I loved reading with my sons.

Friends and family know I also have a competitive streak. Whether it's a fast-paced round of Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, a strategic game of Catan, or a marathon session of Monopoly, I'm always ready for a challenge and I'm definitely playing to win.

My approach to public service is grounded in integrity, preparation, and collaboration. I believe strong communities are built by listening to residents, planning responsibly, and making decisions that balance today's needs with tomorrow's opportunities. As Regional Councillor, I'll continue to be an accessible, thoughtful, and hardworking advocate for Ward 4 and for all of Milton.
